Our Policy

• All merchandise should be picked up by ticket assigned.

• Any merchandise pickup without a ticket will require proper ID and signature.

• Merchandise may be picked up by a third party with proper ID and signature.

• We are not responsible for any items left past 60 days. 

• Repairs are guaranteed for 45 days and only to areas where actual work is performed, not elsewhere.

• Large stone and costume jewelry repair cannot be guaranteed due to high heat soldering. (Ex. Sterling silver turquoise jewelry, semi-precious gemstones, etc.) 

• Some repair costs may fluctuate according to current gold market price.
