When will my item be ready?

Most repairs are done on the same day. Feel free to shop around the plaza or wait in-store as we work! For repairs that take longer than one day or require ordering extra parts, we will call you as soon as your item is ready for pickup.

Do I need to bring anything with me when I pick up my item?

We'll always provide you with a ticket when you leave your merchandise with us. Per our store policy, please bring the assigned ticket with you when you come to pick up your item(s).

What if I lose my ticket?

If you lose your ticket, you'll need to provide proper photo ID and a signature upon pickup. Merchandise may only be picked up by a third party with a photo ID and signature release.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

We unfortunately do not accept refunds. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase for items in original, new condition with original receipt. We do not accept exchanges on custom designs, special orders, or merchandise that has been altered in any way.

Where are you located?

Our store is located on the corner of El Camino Real and Mission Ave (right behind Pit Stop Diner, next to Great Clips). Stop by and drop off a repair with us today!
